The Cuban Domino League

Terms of Service

Effective August 9, 2026.

1. Who these terms are with

These terms are an agreement between you and Cuban Domino League LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we", "us"). They cover the Cuban Dominoes game on every platform we publish it for, and the websites thecubandominoleague.com and playcubandomino.com (together, the "Service"). Using the Service means you accept them.

2. Who may use it

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with a parent or guardian's permission.

3. Your account

Online play uses an anonymous account created automatically for you. We hold no email address or password for it, which has a consequence worth stating plainly: if you delete the app, clear your browser data, or change device, that account and the record attached to it cannot be recovered by us or by you. There is no password reset because there is no password.

4. What you may and may not do

You may play the game, on as many of your own devices as you like, for free.

You may not:

  • Cheat, or use any means to obtain information about a table that the game does not show you.
  • Interfere with the Service, its servers, or other players' games — including automated requests, flooding, or attempting to exhaust our resources.
  • Attempt to gain access to accounts, tables or data that are not yours.
  • Harass other players, including through the display name you choose.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile or redistribute the game, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
  • Use the Service for anything unlawful.

We may close a table, or refuse service, where we reasonably believe this section has been broken.

5. Display names

The name you choose is shown to everyone at your table. Do not use a name that is abusive, impersonates someone else, or that you would not want a stranger to read. We may reset a name that breaks this.

6. What the Service costs

The game is currently free, with no purchases, no subscriptions and no advertising.

Pending business decision Whether the game ever carries paid features, subscriptions or tournament entry is an open commercial decision. Nothing is charged today, and these terms will be updated before anything is — a price change is not something we would introduce quietly.

7. The game is provided as it is

We work hard to make the Service correct and available, but we provide it "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. In particular we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, that an online table will always be reachable, or that your local record will survive a device you no longer have.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cuban Domino League LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data or lost progress, arising out of your use of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty United States dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to you only as far as the law permits.

9. Our intellectual property

The game's software, artwork, name and branding belong to Cuban Domino League LLC. The game of dominoes belongs to everybody; our implementation of it does not.

10. Ending it

You may stop using the Service at any time, and may have your anonymous account deleted — see Account deletion. We may suspend or end access where these terms are broken, or where we must in order to comply with the law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date above will change, and material changes will be flagged in the release that makes them. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Pinellas County, Florida have jurisdiction, except where the law of your home country gives you the right to bring a claim there instead.

Requires professional review These terms were drafted to be accurate and readable, not to be authoritative. They have not been reviewed by a lawyer. Sections 7, 8 and 12 — warranties, liability and governing law — are the ones where unreviewed wording carries real risk, and they should be read by counsel licensed in Florida before the apps are published.
